Novartis approached Invivo Communications to create a complete booth experience for the 2018 American College of Rheumatology conference. Divided into 3 main booth draws, I was tasked to create a museum kiosk experience highlighting 6 areas of interest investigated by Novartis. This is the first year Invivo was given full creative control of the entire booth. With this flexibility, the team sought to create an educational experience that flowed seamlessly between each booth draw.
*NOTE: This project is under an NDA and can only be described in high level descriptions of interactions and interfaces. If you wish to learn more, I am more than happy to discuss this project offline.*
User Experience, Rapid Prototyping, Wireframing
Organizing pharmaceutical content is often difficult in digital products because of the breadth of information required to be included. Knowing that visitors at any given time may only have 20-45 seconds to browse through the content, the museum kiosk app had two main goals:
Design an application that showcases Novartis’ breadth of information through playful interactions while giving the visitor full control of what they should see.
The app was divided into three main sections: Identification, Evaluation, and Patient Impact.
